Basilic Fly Studio SME IPO: One of India’s leading visual effects (VFX) studios, Basilic Fly Studio Limited (BFS), is set to open its IPO subscription next week. However, the price band for the IPO has not been determined yet. This IPO will consist of a total of 6,840,000 shares, including 600,000 shares under the OFS category and 6,240,000 shares under the fresh issue category.

As per topsharebrokers.com, the shares are available in the grey market at a premium of INR 145.
It’s worth mentioning that the company had filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with NSE Emerge to prepare for the SME IPO segment.
According to the DRHP, GIV Capital Advisors Private Limited has been appointed as the book running lead manager for the issue, while Purva Share Registry India Private Limited will work as the registrar for the issue.

BFS also plans to establish two new facilities in India. In the financial year 2022-2023, BFS reported a total revenue of INR 78.95 crore and a net profit of INR 27.74 crore, reflecting its strong financial performance and market position.
